PRODUCTION PROCESS
The Chipotle chili is macerated in
molasses alcohol with 5 botanicals:
Citrus peel, cinnamon, cocoa, pepper
and thyme.
It is matured in ex Pedro Ximenez barrels
and then filtered and bottled.

Dark amber color.
Slow fall due to syrupy content.
Smoke, chilli, ripe fruit, candy, citrus.
Elegant spicy explosion at first sip, smoky, intense, raisins,
flowers and citrus finish.
Spicy throat, smoky, citrus aftertaste.
